FAQ

What drones are these LUTs for?

These LUTs are built for full-size DJI drones shooting D-Log — including Mavic 3, Mavic 3 Classic, Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 3 Cine, Mavic 4 Pro, and other DJI drones that record D-Log (not D-Log M).

If you shoot D-Log M on a compact drone (Mini 4 Pro, Air 3, Air 3S, Avata 2) or on Osmo Pocket / Action / Nano, use the Osmo Cinematic LUTs instead.

Do I need to convert to Rec.709 first?

No. Apply these LUTs directly on your DJI D-Log footage. You do not need a Rec.709 conversion first — that is one of the reasons this pack is simple to use.

How is this different from the Osmo LUT pack?

This Drone pack is for full-size Mavic D-Log. The Osmo pack is for Osmo Pocket / Action / Nano and compact drones on D-Log M (plus Pocket 4 D-Log and Pocket 4P D-Log / D-Log 2).

D-Log and D-Log M are different profiles, so picking the matching pack gives you cleaner colour out of the box.

Will these work in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or Premiere?

Yes. The files are standard .CUBE LUTs. They work in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut desktop, After Effects, LumaFusion, and other editors that load .cube files. CapCut mobile cannot load .cube files.

Are these beginner-friendly?
